MOSAIC FRAME

You will also need the DBS Flux filter.
Open your image and duplicate it twice.
Close original image and minimize one of the other images.
Click on your selections tool.
Then click on the custom button  .
A new window will open.
If you are using my image you need to use the following settings.
Left = 15
Top = 15
Bottom = 195
Right = 265
Otherwise subtract 15 pixels from your
image size on each side and enter
those values in the appropriate box
Invert selection/effects/textures/mosaic - antique
Use the following settings
Invert selections/effects/3-D Effect/Cutouts
Use the following settings
Apply the cutout effect a second time with both
the vertical and horizontal
set at -3. All other setting stay the same.
Selections/Select None
Images/Add Border/3 pixels/white
Select border
Effects/Textures/Sculpture/Silver
Selections/ Invert
Effects/Cutouts
Repeat as above.
Selections/Select None
Images/add border/2 pixels/black/
Images/add border/15 pixels/white
Select with magic wand
Flood fill with minimized graphic.
Go to Effects/Plug Ins/DBS Flux/Center Mirror
Use the following settings
Mirrors = 6
Rotation = 212
Selections/invert
Apply cutout as before
Selections/Select None
Images/Add Border/3 Pixels/White
Effects/Texture/Sculpture/Silver
Images/Add Border/2 pixels/black
Images/add border/30 pixels /white
Select white border with magic wand
Flood fill with minimized graphic
Effects/Texture/Mosaic - Antique
Columns = 60
Rows = 60
Tile Diffusion = 60
Grout Width = 2
Grout Diffusion = 60
Symmetric checked
Selections/Invert
Effects/3D Effect/Cut Out
Same as before
Selections/Invert
Effects/3 D Effect/Outer Bevel/Frame
Use default settings.
At this point you can stop or you can add the corners
To add corners
Open Corner.psp file
Resize by 50%
Edit copy/paste as new layer in upper left hand corner.
If it is too dark then go to Adjust/Brightness & Contrast
and use these settings
Brightness 50
Contrast 15
Then layers/duplicate/mirror
Next layers/duplicate/flip
And Finally layers/duplicate/mirror
You made it. You are finished.
