Simple Filter get it here

You will also need the DBS Flux filter.

Unzip filters and extract to your plug in folders.

Note: Make sure your PSP program is closed in order for the filters
show up in your plug in files. 

A Black & White Graphic of your Choice.

Or you can use mine.  Just right click and save to your computer.  

Ready?  Lets Begin

Open image and duplicate it twice.  Close the original.

Minimize one of the pictures for later use.

Click on image and go to images/increase color depth/16 million colors (24 bit)

Go to images/add borders/5 pixels/black

With magic wand select border

Go to effects/textures/sculptures/silver

Deselect

Go to images/add borders/3 pixels/white

Go to images/add borders/5 pixels/black

With magic wand select border

Go to effects/textures/sculptures/silver

Deselect

Go to images/add border/20 pixels/white

With magic wand select border

Go to effects/textures/weave/screen door/default settings

Go to selections/invert

Go to effects/3D Effects/Cutout

Horizontal = 5

Vertical = 5

Opacity = 50

Blur = 5

Repeat cutout except horizontal and vertical are -5

Deselect

Go to images/add borders/5 pixels/black

With magic wand select border

Go to effects/textures/sculptures/silver

Deselect

Go to images/add borders/3 pixels/white

Go to images/add borders/5 pixels/black

With magic wand select border

Go to effects/textures/sculptures/silver

Deselect

 Go to images/add border/30 pixels/white

With magic wand select border

Flood fill with minimize picture.

Go to Effects/Plug Ins/Simple filter/center tile/default settings

Go to Effects/Plug Ins/DBS Flux/Center Mirror/

Use the following settings:

Mirrors = 4

Rotation = 54

Go to Selections/Invert

Apply Cutouts as before

Selections/Invert

Go to Effects/Textures/Weave/Screen Door/Default settings

Deselect

Go to images/add borders/5 pixels/black

With magic wand select border

Go to effects/textures/sculptures/silver

Deselect

Go to images/add borders/3 pixels/white

Go to images/add borders/5 pixels/black

With magic wand select border

Go to effects/textures/sculptures/silver

Deselect

Congratulations you're finished.

Note: A nice effect is to colorize your finished graphic.

I used Hue 175 and Saturation 128 and came up with this one.
